Philosophy
COOVA would like to offer everyone a wonderful sensory experience through the power of fabric.
The first step in producing fabric is to decide if it should be woven by hand or using a machine. A profound relationship exists between the method by which the fabric is woven and its resulting properties. We aim for the fabric of COOVA to be produced by means of a process that is a combination of both.
Our fabric is inspired by the various motifs used in the textile and architecture of different regions. Our yarn is selected based on these exciting influences and animated by our original textile design. We seek out the best fiber production regions in Japan and outsource our textile production to their workshops.
Freely discover the different uses of a single piece of fabric based on the changes in your lifestyle and outfit, and experience the endless possibilities of fabric that will continue to evolve with you.
Those who use fabric, create fabric, and think about fabric.
We would like to continue offering creative products that cater to the needs of these groups of people.
